# How do you order peptides from Primara Labs?

Every Primara Labs order is placed in a WhatsApp chat; the site has no checkout. As of 23 September 2026, you choose products on the site, send the prefilled message, confirm the total and delivery address in the chat, pay by a local method, and the order is dispatched from Metro Manila by rider or courier.

## The steps

Choose the products. Each product page and the cart build a WhatsApp message listing what you picked; nothing is paid on the site.

Confirm in the chat. The total, including any delivery charge, is confirmed there. Every order gets 10% off, applied by hand in the WhatsApp chat.

Pay. Pay by GCash, Maya or QR Ph bank transfer in the Philippines, or by Wise, Zelle, US bank transfer or crypto from abroad. Confirmed in chat. No card checkout. Cash on delivery is available on request, subject to the conditions in our terms.

## Delivery

Ordered before 12 noon on a weekday, Metro Manila addresses receive the same day.

Luzon lands in 1 to 2 business days by J&T Express, the Visayas in 2 to 3 business days and Mindanao in 3 to 5 business days.

Courier is free on orders over ₱10,000 anywhere in the Philippines. Below that, a Metro Manila rider is ₱150, J&T Express is ₱250 to Luzon and the Visayas and ₱300 to Mindanao.

## After it arrives

Every order carries the guarantee: 60-day money-back guarantee: if an accredited independent laboratory reports that a vial is not the compound on the label, or reports purity below the certificate published for that product, the purchase price is refunded.

## What the message holds

The prefilled WhatsApp message lists each product and quantity from the cart, so the chat starts with the order already written. Nothing is charged until the total is confirmed in the chat and paid by one of the methods above.
