# First Order Checklist: Have These 5 Things Ready

Pack size, the name on your booking, your address details, a rider phone number and your payment method.

## Transcript

First time ordering? Have these five things ready. One. What you want, and the pack size.

Two. Your name, exactly as it's on your booking or lease. Three. Your building, tower, unit number, and city.

Four. A phone number the rider can actually reach. Five. How you'll pay.

GCash, Maya, QR, or Wise from abroad. Then after paying, send the screenshot in the chat, with the reference number. And timing. Confirm before noon on a weekday, and Metro Manila gets it the same day.

Order at primaralabs.com, or right on WhatsApp.
