2:30 a.m. A rider crashes through the window. Wait.

That's not how this works. Replies come within minutes during business hours. Not at 2 a.m.

Same day in Metro Manila is for weekday orders confirmed before 12 noon. After the noon cut-off, it goes out on the next business day's first run. And tracking lands in the same WhatsApp thread. So I put the phone down.

And actually slept. Next day: parcel at the door. Window? Still intact.
