# Ordering to a Gated Village: What Could Go Wrong?

Twelve missed calls from the guardhouse. Leave a number the guard can reach.

## Transcript

Me, ordering to my gated village: what could possibly go wrong? GUARD: Good afternoon! Parcel's here. So...

who's this for? No contact number? No problem. I'll call the house.

Meanwhile... her phone. Ringing. In another room.

Call number eight. Our rider has started a small garden. Twelve missed calls? From the guardhouse?!

Let's run that back. Gated villages like Ayala Alabang or BF Homes? Hand-off is usually at the guardhouse. So leave a contact number the guard can actually reach.

Hi ma'am! Primara parcel at the gate! Plain outer packaging, zero drama. Now that's a smooth hand-off.
