# KLOW Peptide Blend Explained: What's Inside (Philippines Guide)

What is in the KLOW blend, what each of its four peptides has been studied for, and why the combination itself is untested. Research notes

KLOW puts four peptides in one vial. How many studies test that exact blend? We could not find one. KLOW is a research blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.

By weight, most of the vial is GHK-Cu. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma, studied mostly on skin. BPC-157 is a fifteen amino acid peptide derived from gastric juice. TB-500 is a synthetic seven amino acid fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin, the scaffolding cells use to move.

KPV is a three amino acid fragment of a melanocortin hormone called alpha-MSH. The idea behind the blend is overlapping repair signals. A 1999 rat study found full-length thymosin beta-4 helped skin wounds close faster. A 2008 study in mouse models of inflammatory bowel disease found KPV reduced inflammation.

And a 2025 review of BPC-157 found 35 of its 36 studies were preclinical. Mixing them raises new questions: interactions, stability, and human safety, none studied as a combination. TB-500 itself has no human trials. None of the four is an approved medicine.

BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. In July 2026, a US FDA advisory committee narrowly voted to recommend BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV for the compounding list.
