# Primara Labs 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee Explained

The Primara Labs 60-day money-back guarantee for orders in the Philippines: the window, what triggers a refund, what is not covered, and how to claim

## Transcript

Ordering research peptides in the Philippines and wondering what happens if a vial is not what the label says? Here is the Primara Labs 60-day money-back guarantee, in plain terms. The window is 60 days. It starts on the day your order is delivered, whether you are in Metro Manila or the provinces.

What triggers a refund is simple. An accredited independent laboratory reports that a vial is not the compound on the label. If that happens, Primara Labs refunds the purchase price. How to claim.

Get the report from the accredited lab. Then send that evidence to Primara Labs on WhatsApp, the same chat you order through. The evidence must reach Primara Labs within 60 calendar days of delivery. What is not covered: laboratory fees, and delivery charges.

The refund is the purchase price. So before you order, anywhere in the Philippines, you know exactly what happens if a label is wrong. The terms are written on the home page, under Guarantee. Order on WhatsApp through primaralabs.
