# How to Order from Primara Labs: Website or WhatsApp (Philippines)

Two ways to order from Primara Labs in the Philippines, website cart or WhatsApp, and who each suits

## Transcript

In the Philippines, there are two ways to order from Primara Labs: on the website, or straight on WhatsApp. Way one is the website. Open any product page and tap add to cart. Add more compounds if you like, then check out once for the whole cart and enter your details.

You pay by QR on your order page, then send the screenshot on WhatsApp to confirm. This route suits people paying from a Philippine bank or e-wallet. Way two is WhatsApp direct. Tap the order button, and WhatsApp opens with your vial already filled in.

Confirm quantities and your delivery address in the chat, and ask any questions before you pay. Payment details arrive in that same chat. From abroad, pay by Wise, international bank transfer, Zelle or crypto. Then share the confirmation screenshot, and the order dispatches once payment shows.

This is the route expats and international buyers use, since they don't pay by QR. You can message from any country's number. Either way, payment details only ever come inside your order chat, never from another number. Both routes end the same way: plain outer packaging, a batch number on every label, and tracking shared in the chat.

Order through primaralabs.com, or straight on WhatsApp.
