# Is Primara Labs Legit? What to Know Before Ordering (Philippines)

Who Primara Labs is, how ordering, payment and delivery work in the Philippines, how to reach a person, and how the 60-day money-back guarantee works

## Transcript

Thinking of ordering from Primara Labs in the Philippines? Here is what to know first. Who is Primara? By its own description, a peptide distributor based in Metro Manila.

It does not manufacture, and it makes no medical claims. Everything is sold for research use only. Stock is held in cold storage inside Metro Manila, and every vial carries its batch number on the label. There are two ways to order: the website cart, paying by QR, or WhatsApp direct for other methods, like those expats use.

No card checkout. On WhatsApp, you message the compound and quantity, and payment details arrive in that same chat, never from another number. Locally, you can pay with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or InstaPay. From abroad, Wise, bank transfer, Zelle or crypto.

Metro Manila orders confirmed before 12 noon on a weekday arrive the same day. J&T Express takes parcels to Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao in 1 to 5 business days, in plain outer packaging, with tracking sent in the chat. Primara offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. If an accredited lab disagrees with the label, Primara refunds it.

Evidence must arrive within 60 days of delivery. To reach a person, message the WhatsApp number on the site, or email team@primaralabs.com. Order on WhatsApp through primaralabs.
