What MOTS-c actually costs in the Philippines
Almost every local listing is a 10mg vial, and they cluster so tightly that vial size is the only real variable.

What the numbers actually mean
MOTS-c is the most uniform compound in the Philippine market. Five sellers list a 10mg vial and four of them land between PHP 1,690 and PHP 1,900. That is a spread of about twelve per cent across most of the market, which is unusual and makes the compound easy to price-check.
Because the 10mg listings are so close together, per-milligram cost is decided almost entirely by vial size. Every 10mg vial in the table works out somewhere between PHP 130 and PHP 190 per milligram. The single 40mg listing, Prism at PHP 3,100, drops to PHP 77.50, which is less than half the going 10mg rate.
The catch with the 40mg vial is the same one that applies to any large format: it only saves money if you actually use it. Reconstituted peptide has a finite refrigerated life, so a 40mg vial bought for a 15mg project is more expensive than a 20mg vial, not less, whatever the per-milligram column says.

Primara stocks MOTS-c as a 20mg vial at PHP 1,980, or PHP 1,780 on a first order, which is PHP 89 per milligram. That is the lowest per-milligram MOTS-c price in this table at any size below 40mg. Prism's 40mg vial is cheaper per milligram at PHP 77.50, and if you will genuinely use 40mg, that is the better buy.

Verified August 2026 listings run PHP 1,300 to PHP 1,900 for a 10mg vial, and PHP 3,100 for a 40mg. Per milligram that is roughly PHP 130 to PHP 190 at 10mg, dropping to about PHP 78 at 40mg. Primara's 20mg vial sits at PHP 89 per milligram.
Why are MOTS-c prices so similar across sellers?
Almost the entire local market lists the same 10mg format, so there is very little room for the vial-size effect that spreads prices apart on compounds like BPC-157 and GHK-Cu. When everyone sells the same size, the prices converge.
Is a 40mg vial worth it over a 20mg one?
Only if you use all of it. Per milligram a 40mg vial is clearly cheaper. In practice a reconstituted vial has a limited refrigerated life, so buying four times what a project needs is a false economy. Match the vial to the quantity you will actually get through.
