Binding Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Primara Labs. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions outlined below.
Researcher Qualification & Eligibility
By accessing this portal or initiating a purchase, you certify that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional representative
- You possess the training, equipment, and protocols to safely handle laboratory compounds
- All information provided when ordering is truthful and accurate
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Primara Labs reserves the right to request valid identification and cancel accounts that fail verification.
Research Use Only (RUO) Designation
All products are classified as Analytical Reference Materials for in vitro laboratory research only.
Prohibited uses
Misuse policy:Any communication suggesting intent for human administration (e.g., asking for “dosage” or “injection” advice) will result in immediate account termination and order cancellation without refund.
Batch Information & Specifications
Primara Labs records batch information for every unit of inventory it distributes.
- Every vial carries its production batch number on the label for lot traceability
- Presentation figures shown in the catalogue are manufacturer-stated specifications for the listed batch
- Stated specifications are technical data for chemical identification and do not constitute a safety profile for biological administration
- Batch records are retained and batch-specific questions can be raised via WhatsApp or email
Payment Terms
Primara Labs accepts GCash, Maya, QR Ph bank transfer, InstaPay, Wise, International bank transfer, Zelle and Crypto. No card checkout.
- Users must follow the payment instructions provided over WhatsApp, including the unique reference code
- Including prohibited keywords (e.g., specific compound names) in wallet, transfer or memo fields may result in payment rejection
- All crypto transfers are final once confirmed on the blockchain
- Orders are processed only after payment verification is complete
Cash on delivery
- Cash on delivery is offered on request and is confirmed in the WhatsApp chat before the order is dispatched.
- A deposit of 50 percent of the order total, including the courier rate, is paid by one of the methods above before dispatch. The balance is paid in cash to the rider or courier on delivery.
- The deposit is not refundable if the parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned undelivered, because the courier and cold-chain costs have been incurred.
- A refund under the money-back guarantee on the guarantee page covers the full purchase price of the product, the deposit and any balance paid in cash included. The non-refundable deposit rule above applies only to a parcel that is refused, unclaimed or returned undelivered.
- The courier's own cash limits and areas apply. Where a courier cannot collect cash for an address, the order is paid in full before dispatch.
Shipping & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from within the Philippines.
- Transit: A vial that arrives broken, with the cold pack fully spent, wrong, or not at all is replaced when reported on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the courier's delivery confirmation, as set out on the guarantee page.
- Discreet packaging: Orders ship as non-hazardous laboratory reagents in plain, unmarked packaging
- Returns and refunds: Products cannot be returned or restocked after dispatch. The 60-day money-back guarantee refunds the purchase price on a failed independent laboratory test without a return; its conditions are on the guarantee page. Read the guarantee.
- Domestic only: International shipping is not available at this time
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Beyond the money-back guarantee stated on the guarantee page, Primara Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for any purpose beyond in vitro research.
Upon delivery, full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all purchased compounds transfers to the buyer.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Primara Labs, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the mishandling, misuse, or unintended application of supplied compounds.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring their research activities comply with local Philippine regulations and institutional oversight.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the purchase or use of any product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
