Private label supply

Your brand on the vial, our stock position and cold storage behind it.

Private label is the point where a reseller stops being a middleman and starts being a brand. It is also the point where most people underestimate what they are taking on: labelling, batch tracking, storage, and the fact that every customer question now lands on you rather than on your supplier.

The supply side of that is the part we can carry. Stock already inside the Philippines, cold storage, batch numbering, and a dispatch window measured in hours. What we cannot carry is your brand's positioning, and we will not write claims for you to put on a label.

We do not publish minimums or a price sheet for this. Private label only makes sense above a certain volume and consistency, and where that line sits depends entirely on the compounds and the cadence. It is a conversation, not a table.

Start here

Every price we publish is already public

Same starting point as every other page here. Every price this business publishes sits on published pack pricing, including the ten-vial rate, and it is open to anyone with no account and no conversation.

Private label is not a discount on that. It is a different product, and it is worth being clear about what you are actually buying:

  • Your label on the vial

Custom-labelled runs are something our supplier can do. That capability is confirmed rather than aspirational, which is not true of every local seller advertising the service.

  • Volume above a pack

Private label only makes sense at volumes where our own supplier prices deeper, and that is passed through. Quoted against the actual run rather than published.

  • Allocation

Stock held against your run rate. More important under your own label than under ours, because your customers cannot buy the same thing anywhere else if you run out.

  • Batch traceability stays on our side

Your customers deal with you. The batch numbers remain traceable here, so when a question comes back through you there is an answer rather than a shrug.

There is no percentage in that list, and there is not going to be one on this page.

Before the branding

Whether it is worth doing yet

The first question is not what goes on the label. It is whether the numbers work, and for most people asking, the honest answer is not yet.

Private label carries costs that reselling does not. A labelled run is committed stock: it is yours, it has your name on it, and it cannot be sold as anything else if demand moves. Under our label, unsold stock is just stock. Under yours it is stock only you can sell.

Below a certain run rate that trade is worse for you than simply reselling, and we will say so rather than take the order. Where that line sits moves by compound, which is why it is not printed here and why a real number in your first message gets you a real answer instead of a brochure.

The version of this that goes wrong is a brand that commits to a labelled run before it knows its own demand, then spends a year selling through stock it guessed at. Reselling under our label first is the cheaper way to find out what actually moves. Reseller supply is where most people should start, and moving to private label later costs nothing except the conversation.

Operationally

How a private label run actually works

Longer than a normal order, because a labelled run has to be scoped before anything ships. The steps below are the sequence, not a timeline: real dates come out of the conversation once the compounds and volume are known.

  1. 01

    Volume first, branding second

Send your realistic monthly volume rather than your target. If it does not clear the point where private label beats reselling, you get told that in the first reply. That is the most useful thing this page can do for most readers.

  2. 02

Compounds, sizes and what goes on the label

Which compounds, which vial sizes, and what you want printed. This is also where we tell you what will not go on a label, which is anything we cannot stand behind. See the candour block below.

  3. 03

Terms are set in the conversation

Pricing, lead time and reorder cadence, quoted against what you are actually going to move rather than a published sheet. Nothing about a labelled run is a catalogue transaction.

  4. 04

The first run is scoped before it is committed

A first labelled run takes longer than a repeat, because the label itself has to be settled before production. You get a real date once the compounds and volume are known, rather than a placeholder here that would be wrong for most people reading it.

  5. 05

Reorders run like any standing account

Once the label exists and the account is established, a reorder is a message in the same thread. The slow part is the first run, not the ones after it.

  6. 06

Problems still route by batch number

Every vial carries one and that does not change under your label. A customer question that reaches you can be traced back here rather than absorbed.

Included, not sold separately

What ships with a private label order

The same complete kit as every other order: bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes, alcohol prep pads, a reconstitution syringe and blank labels, scaled to the quantity and included rather than charged on top.

Under your own brand this matters more than it does under ours, because it is now your product that arrives complete or does not. A customer who receives a branded vial and then has to work out what else to buy is forming an opinion about your brand, not about your supplier.

It also means you are not running a second procurement line for consumables alongside the labelled run, matching quantities across different lead times and minimum orders. Full contents on what ships in the box.

Before you ask

The things most suppliers leave you to find out later.

We will not write your claims

Retatrutide 20mg batch RETA-4728-A is Janoshik-tested for bacterial endotoxin: 6.066 EU per vial, analysed 21 September 2026 (task 234146, key H2KI86I8GWB4). This report covers bacterial endotoxin only. It does not establish identity or purity. Reports covering identity, amount and purity are published at primaralabs.com/coa per batch as they are issued. We will not write testing language for you to print on a label or a landing page beyond what a published report covers. If your brand plan depends on a certificate to show customers, say so in the first message.

No published minimum, but there is a real one

There is a volume below which private label is worse for you than reselling under our label, and we will say so rather than take the order. That threshold moves by compound, so ask with real numbers.

Research use only does not become negotiable

A private label vial is still sold for research use only. Rebranding does not convert it into a consumer health product, and we will not supply into a plan that presents it as one.

No price below the published pack tier

For pack-sized quantities the ten-vial rate on the pack pricing page is the floor, and a label on the vial does not get you underneath it. Private label makes sense at volumes above a pack, where our own supplier prices differently and that is what gets passed through.

The brand is yours, including the exposure

Once your name is on the vial, your customers hold you responsible for it rather than us. That is the point of private label and it is also the cost of it. We are not a party your customers can appeal to, and we will not be positioned as one on your packaging or your site.

Questions

What is the minimum order for private label?

Not published, because it genuinely varies by compound and by how consistently you order. What is true across all of them is that private label below a certain run rate is more expensive for you than simply reselling. Send real volume numbers and we will tell you which side of that line you are on.

Can you actually do custom-labelled runs?

Yes. Custom-labelled runs are something our supplier can do, and that is confirmed rather than aspirational. What is set per account rather than published is the volume it starts to make sense at, the lead time on a first run and the pricing, because all three move with the compounds and the cadence.

Can I put my own purity or testing claims on the label?

Only what a published report covers, scoped the way the report scopes it: an endotoxin report supports an endotoxin statement and nothing more. If you commission your own independent testing, what you do with those results is your decision and your responsibility.

How long does the first private label run take?

Longer than a normal order, because labelling and the first production run have to be scoped before anything ships. We give you a real date in the conversation once we know the compounds and volume, rather than a placeholder here that would be wrong for most people reading it. Repeat runs are much faster than the first.

Should I start with private label or reselling?

Reselling, almost always. It is the cheaper way to find out what actually moves before you commit to stock that only you can sell. Moving to private label later costs nothing except the conversation, whereas a labelled run bought against guessed demand takes a year to sell through.

Do you also handle my fulfilment?

That is worth asking about directly. Some private label arrangements ship to you in bulk and you fulfil; others make more sense fulfilled from our side. Which one fits depends on your volume and where your customers are.

What ships with a private label order?

The same complete kit as every other order: bacteriostatic water, insulin syringes, alcohol prep pads, a reconstitution syringe and blank labels, scaled to the quantity and included rather than charged separately. Under your own brand that matters more, because it is your product that arrives complete.

Not sure this is the right arrangement?

Say what you are actually trying to do and we will tell you which one fits, including when the answer is that none of them do yet. Catalogue pricing for single vials starts at ₱270.
