What BPC-157 actually costs in the Philippines
Four local sellers, four different vial sizes, and a price per milligram that ranges by more than half.

What the numbers actually mean
The cheapest BPC-157 listing in the Philippines is a 5mg vial at PHP 1,300. The most expensive is a 10mg vial at PHP 2,350. Comparing those two numbers directly tells you nothing useful, because they are not the same amount of material, and vial size is where almost every apparent bargain in this market comes from.
Divide by milligrams and the picture inverts. That PHP 1,300 vial works out to PHP 260 per milligram, which is the most expensive BPC-157 in the table. The PHP 1,699 Atlas vial is PHP 169.90 per milligram, the best of the four. The two 10mg vials at PHP 2,300 and PHP 2,350 land at PHP 230 and PHP 235.
This is why the milligram count is the first thing to look for in any listing, and why a listing that does not state one is worth skipping. The number that decides what a protocol costs you is not what the vial costs, it is what a milligram costs.

That is the lowest per-milligram BPC-157 price in this table by a wide margin, and it is a function of vial size rather than a discount: nobody else in the Philippine market lists a 20mg BPC-157 vial.

How much does BPC-157 cost in the Philippines?
Local listings verified in August 2026 run from PHP 1,300 for a 5mg vial to PHP 2,350 for 10mg. Per milligram that is a range of roughly PHP 170 to PHP 260. Primara's 20mg vial at PHP 2,240 works out to PHP 101 per milligram, or PHP 101 down to about PHP 91 on a first order.
Why is a bigger vial cheaper per milligram?
Most of what you pay for on a small vial is not the peptide. Filling, lyophilisation, the vial itself, cold-chain packaging and delivery cost roughly the same whether the vial holds 5mg or 20mg, so those fixed costs spread across more material as the vial gets bigger.
Is a 20mg BPC-157 vial harder to use than a 10mg one?
No. Reconstitution volume changes, not the difficulty. A 20mg vial reconstituted with 4ml of bacteriostatic water gives the same 5mg/ml concentration a 10mg vial gives with 2ml. The only real consideration is that a larger reconstituted vial sits in the fridge longer, so storage handling matters more.
