We send the exact amount in your currency and the details for the method you chose, in the same chat. We only send payment details inside the WhatsApp chat for your order. We will never post them publicly or send them from another number.

Send the confirmed amount from your own account or wallet.

A screenshot of the completed transfer in the chat is how we match the payment to the order.

Dispatch
Once the payment lands, the order goes out on the next run: same day in Metro Manila for weekday orders confirmed before 12 noon.
If a payment has not landed within the time the chat gave you, send the transfer reference or transaction hash in the same thread. We check it on our side and hold the order for you while it clears.

- What you need: A Wise account with a funded balance or a linked bank account.
- Transfer from your Wise account to the details sent in the chat.

- What you need: A US bank account enrolled in Zelle.
- Zelle transfer to the details sent in the chat.

- What you need: A US bank account that can send a domestic transfer.
- For buyers paying from a US account; details sent in the chat.

- Wallet address and network sent in the chat; transfers are final once confirmed.

A GCash wallet, which needs a Philippine mobile number.

Will you ever send payment details outside the chat?
No. We only send payment details inside the WhatsApp chat for your order. We will never post them publicly or send them from another number. If a message from any other number or channel gives you payment details in our name, do not pay it, and tell us in the order thread.
Which currency is the price in?
Every price on this site is set in Philippine pesos. When you pay from abroad we confirm the exact amount in your currency in the chat before you send it, so the figure you pay is agreed in writing first. Any conversion shown on this site is approximate and for orientation only. Every order gets 10% off, applied by hand in the WhatsApp chat.
What if my payment is delayed?
If a payment has not landed within the time the chat gave you, send the transfer reference or transaction hash in the same thread. We check it on our side and hold the order for you while it clears.
Can I pay with a card or on delivery?
No card checkout. The methods are GCash, Maya or QR Ph bank transfer in the Philippines, and Wise, Zelle, US bank transfer or crypto from abroad.
Can I use the local methods without a Philippine account?
No. GCash needs a GCash wallet, which needs a Philippine mobile number. Maya needs a Maya wallet, which needs a Philippine mobile number. QR Ph bank transfer needs a Philippine bank account with a mobile app that scans QR Ph. Without one, use Wise, Zelle, US bank transfer or crypto.
Do you ship overseas?
We deliver within the Philippines only, and do not ship overseas. Rules on carrying research compounds across borders vary by country; check your destination's customs rules.
