Semaglutide in the Philippines
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist and the single-target reference point for the whole incretin class. Where tirzepatide adds GIP activity and retatrutide adds glucagon on top of that, semaglutide acts at GLP-1 alone, which is why it is the comparator arm in most of the trial literature the newer compounds are measured against. In STEP 1 (Wilding et al., NEJM 2021) it produced a mean 14.9% body weight reduction over 68 weeks at the 2.4mg weekly dose. SELECT (Lincoff et al., NEJM 2023) went on to study cardiovascular outcomes in participants with established cardiovascular disease and without diabetes. It carries the longest and most extensively published record of the three.
Primara Labs stocks semaglutide as a 15mg lyophilized vial, held in cold storage inside Metro Manila. Because inventory is already in the country there is no international shipping leg, no customs exposure and no multi-week wait. Verified orders placed before noon dispatch the same day across Metro Manila, with courier delivery reaches Luzon in 1 to 2 business days, the Visayas in 2 to 3 and Mindanao in 3 to 5.
Semaglutide acts at one receptor, GLP-1, and is the single-target reference point for the incretin class. Tirzepatide adds GIP, and retatrutide adds GIP and glucagon, a three-receptor design still in Phase 3 and approved nowhere, where semaglutide under its brand names is an approved medicine in many markets. Both are held in the same Metro Manila cold storage for buyers who buy retatrutide Philippines stock alongside this vial.
The 15mg semaglutide vial is a powder until it is reconstituted, and it keeps best cold, between 2 and 8°C, with the cap on and out of sunlight. Ordering is done in a WhatsApp chat rather than a checkout. Start it from this page, the vial is already named in the message, and we reply with availability and the peso total. Delivery is same-day Metro Manila delivery before 12 noon, and 1 to 5 business days by region elsewhere. Background on the molecule sits in the Semaglutide guide.

Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than straight onto the powder.
Mixing
The US prescribing instructions for tesamorelin, a lyophilised peptide medicine, tell users to swirl the vial to mix the powder and liquid, and not to shake it.

How it works
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 analogue that selectively binds to and activates the GLP-1 receptor, the target of native GLP-1.
Targets: GLP-1 receptor
What the research shows
Semaglutide at 2.4 mg has seven completed phase 3 trials in the Research Desk dataset: STEP 1 to STEP 5, STEP 8 and SELECT, published between 2021 and 2023. SELECT studied cardiovascular outcomes in people with cardiovascular disease and overweight or obesity without diabetes. Its wider trial record is larger than this dataset holds.

Where can I buy Semaglutide in the Philippines?
Primara Labs keeps Semaglutide 15mg in stock in Metro Manila cold storage. Order on WhatsApp from the product page: the message is typed for you, and stock, the total and delivery are confirmed in the chat. There is no on-site checkout.
Do you deliver Semaglutide to Cebu, Davao and the provinces?
Yes. Metro Manila: same day before 12 noon, Grab Express / Lalamove, ₱150; Luzon: 1 to 2 business days, J&T Express, ₱250; Visayas: 2 to 3 business days, J&T Express, ₱250; Mindanao: 3 to 5 business days, J&T Express, ₱300. Cebu is in the Visayas and Davao in Mindanao. Courier is free on orders over ₱10,000 anywhere in the Philippines. Below that, a Metro Manila rider is ₱150, J&T Express is ₱250 to Luzon and the Visayas and ₱300 to Mindanao.
Is Semaglutide FDA approved in the Philippines?
Semaglutide. FDA Philippines: not established. US FDA: Approved for glycemic control in type 2 diabetes mellitus and related cardiovascular and kidney risk reduction (Ozempic, Rybelsus); chronic weight management and cardiovascular risk reduction in obesity or overweight (Wegovy). Checked 23 September 2026. Primara Labs supplies it for research use only; it is not for human consumption.
Is semaglutide in stock and how fast is delivery?
Semaglutide 15mg is in stock. Verified orders placed before noon dispatch the same day across Metro Manila. Provincial orders ship by courier and reach Luzon in 1 to 2 business days, the Visayas in 2 to 3 and Mindanao in 3 to 5.
How does semaglutide in a vial differ from the pharmacy product?
They are different categories. The pharmacy product is a finished, prescription-only preparation supplied in a pen at a fixed concentration. What is sold here is lyophilized powder in a vial, supplied for laboratory research use only, with no prescription and no clinical support attached.
How is semaglutide reconstituted for research use?
The lyophilized powder is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. Adding 2.0 ml to a 15mg vial yields a 7.5 mg/ml reference concentration, and 1.0 ml yields 15 mg/ml. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used within 28 days.
How does semaglutide compare with tirzepatide and retatrutide?
By receptor targets. Semaglutide acts at GLP-1 only, tirzepatide at GLP-1 and GIP, retatrutide at GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are stocked here as 15mg vials and retatrutide as a 20mg vial, so compare them per milligram rather than per vial.
How do I order semaglutide from Primara Labs?
Ordering runs through WhatsApp. Tap the order button on this page and the chat opens with your vial pre-filled. Confirm quantity and delivery details in the conversation and payment instructions follow there.
