Semax in the Philippines
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from the ACTH(4-10) fragment, modified with a Pro-Gly-Pro tail that slows enzymatic breakdown. It carries no corticotropic activity of its own, which is what separated it from the parent fragment in early Russian work and made it a subject of neuropeptide research rather than endocrine research.
Published interest centres on BDNF and NGF expression, and on attention and memory endpoints in animal models. The literature is concentrated in Russian-language journals, so English-language systematic review coverage is thinner than the volume of primary work suggests.
Semax is supplied dry in a 10mg vial and should be kept in the fridge, sealed, until use. After reconstitution it stays refrigerated. How it works
