How these are collected
After a courier confirms delivery, one message goes to the buyer on the WhatsApp thread the order was placed in. It reads, in full:
How did the box arrive? Two lines is enough. We publish every reply word for word, including complaints, with your first name or Anonymous and your city. Reply STOP if you would rather we did not.
A reply is published here as written. Phone numbers are removed and nothing else is touched: not spelling, not tone, not the parts we would rather you did not read. Each entry shows where the words came from, the city the buyer gave, and the date. Every entry belongs to an order we can find in our own records.
Nothing here is paid for, written on a buyer's behalf, or copied from a platform we do not control. Star ratings appear only where the buyer gave one. Structured review markup for search engines is added only once 25 replies exist, each with an order reference, so a rating you see in a search result is one we can stand behind.
