How these are collected

Three days after a courier confirms delivery, one message goes to the buyer on the WhatsApp thread the order was placed in. It reads, in full:

Hi [first name], it's Primara Labs. Your order arrived three days ago, so a quick question: how was the delivery, the packaging (was everything still cold and sealed?) and our communication? Two lines is plenty, complaints included. May we publish your reply on primaralabs.com with your first name, last initial and city? Reply YES if that's fine, or tell us if you'd rather we didn't.

A reply is published only after the buyer says yes to publishing, and we record when they did. It appears with the name they agreed to (a first name and last initial, or initials), their city, the month and the product. Every entry belongs to an order we can find in our own records, which is what the Verified order tag means.

Reviews here are about the service: delivery speed, packaging, communication, whether the product is what the label says, and the kit. Primara Labs sells research-use-only materials, so a sentence describing personal use or an effect on the body is removed whole and the review is marked as shortened. Nothing is reworded, and complaints about the service stay in.

Nothing here is paid for, written on a buyer's behalf, or copied from a platform we do not control. Star ratings appear only where the buyer gave one, and only on a product once it has 5 rated reviews of its own. There is no store-wide average.
