How an order works, in four steps

1. Message us on WhatsApp with what you would like and the pack size, where it is going (a hotel name and room, or a building and unit) and how you would like to pay. Or build the order in the cart and check out on the site; the order page then tells you the next step.
2. We confirm the total and send the payment details for your method in the chat. The total is in pesos; for a foreign method we also confirm the amount to send in your currency.
3. You pay and send a screenshot of the confirmation in the same chat.
4. We dispatch. Metro Manila orders confirmed before 12 noon on a weekday arrive the same day; everywhere else follows the windows below.

Parcels leave Metro Manila cold-chain packed. The window depends on where you are staying, not on your nationality or your payment method.
