Every way to pay

Many local sellers only accept GCash or Maya, which need a Philippine mobile number. Primara Labs takes those too, and Wise, international bank transfer, Zelle or crypto for buyers whose money is abroad. An order from a foreign number is handled exactly like any other: the same prices, the same stock, the same delivery. The cards below show who each method suits, what you need before you can use it and how long a payment usually takes to show on our side.

Paying from abroad, step by step

Every method from abroad follows the same five steps: order, receive the details, send, share the screenshot, dispatch. The screenshot is how we match a payment to its order. Timings are what usually happens and depend on your bank or the network, not on us. Once a payment shows, Metro Manila orders confirmed before 12 noon on a weekday arrive the same day.

Paying by Wise

Suits: visitors and expats with a Wise account.

Receive the details in the chat. We confirm the peso total, then send the amount in your currency and the Wise payment details.
Send the payment. Send the confirmed amount from your own Wise account.

The order dispatches. Timing: usually same day. Once the payment shows, the order goes out on the next run.

Paying by international bank transfer

Suits: expats and visitors paying from a bank account at home.

Order on WhatsApp. Say what you would like and where it is going, and write International bank transfer on the Payment line.
Receive the details in the chat. We confirm the peso total, then send the amount in your currency and the beneficiary name and the bank details for the transfer.
Send the payment. Send the confirmed amount from your bank's app, website or branch. If your bank lets you choose who pays the charges, choose to pay them all yourself, so the full peso amount arrives.
Share the confirmation screenshot. Share a screenshot of the transfer confirmation in the chat, with the bank's reference number if it shows one.
The order dispatches. Timing: depends on the sending bank, often one to three business days. Once the payment shows, the order goes out on the next run.

Paying by Zelle

Suits: anyone with a US bank account enrolled in Zelle.

Paying by crypto

Suits: buyers who already hold crypto in a wallet they control. Accepted: USDT (any network) and Bitcoin.

Receive the details in the chat. We confirm the peso total, then send the amount in your currency and the coin, the network and the wallet address.
Send the payment. Send the confirmed amount from a wallet you control, on the network agreed in the chat. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so check the address and the network twice before you send.
Share the confirmation screenshot. Share a screenshot of the sent transaction in the chat, with the transaction hash.
The order dispatches. Timing: once the network confirms the transfer. Once the payment shows, the order goes out on the next run.

Crypto: which coins, which network

We accept USDT and Bitcoin. USDT is accepted on any network: tell us in the chat which network you would like to send on, and the wallet address we send back is for that network. For Bitcoin, the network is confirmed in the chat together with the address. A coin sent on a different network from the one agreed can be lost, and a confirmed transfer is final.

Transfer fees and the exact amount

The sender pays the transfer fees. The peso amount that reaches us has to match the order total, so any charge from your bank, your transfer app, an intermediary bank or the crypto network is paid on top of it. If a transfer lands short, the difference is sent before the order dispatches.

The amount to send in your currency is confirmed in the chat before you pay; use that figure. The approximate figures on this site are for orientation: compounds start at ₱1,190 a vial, about $20 at the site's fixed rate, but your bank's rate on the day will differ. Charged in PHP. Other currencies are approximate.

Paying locally with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or InstaPay

With a Philippine wallet or bank account, perhaps opened for a long stay, you can pay by GCash, Maya, QR Ph bank transfer or InstaPay like any local buyer. Timing for each: usually shows within minutes.

You can also order through the site instead of the chat. Add products to the cart, go to checkout and enter your details. The order page that follows shows a QR Ph code you can scan from any Philippine bank or wallet app, with the exact total and your order number for the payment note. Pay within 48 hours to keep those prices, then send the screenshot on WhatsApp from the button on the same page. Paying from abroad instead? The order page has a WhatsApp button for that too, and the details come in the chat.

Cash on delivery is available on request, subject to the conditions in our terms.

If a payment has not arrived

International transfers can take longer than a local wallet, and a bank may hold a first payment to a new recipient for a check. If a payment has not landed within the time the chat gave you, send the transfer reference or transaction hash in the same thread. We check it on our side and hold the order for you while it clears.

Keeping your payment safe

We only send payment details inside the WhatsApp chat for your order. We will never post them publicly or send them from another number.

Can I pay for peptides in the Philippines without GCash or Maya?

Yes. Primara Labs accepts Wise, international bank transfer, Zelle or crypto, and none of them needs a Philippine account, wallet or SIM. You name the method when you order on WhatsApp and the payment details are sent in the chat. No card checkout.

Who pays the transfer fees?

The sender. The peso amount that reaches us has to match the order total, so any fee charged by your bank, your app or the network is paid on top. The amount to send in your currency is confirmed in the chat before you pay.

Which crypto do you accept?

USDT and Bitcoin. USDT is accepted on any network, and the network is agreed in the chat before the wallet address is sent. Crypto transfers are final once the network confirms them.

How long until my order ships after I pay?

Once the payment shows on our side, the order goes out on the next run. How long that takes depends on the method: Wise, usually same day; International bank transfer, depends on the sending bank, often one to three business days; Zelle, usually same day; Crypto, once the network confirms the transfer.

Where are the payment details? I cannot find them on the site.
