A repeat order is one message

Ordering runs on WhatsApp, and WhatsApp keeps the thread. Your last order, the address it went to, the name the guard or reception has for you and the way you paid are all in the history, so a repeat does not start from scratch. “The same again, same address” is enough.

We reply with stock, the total in pesos and, for a foreign payment method, the amount in your currency, then send the payment details for that order. We only send payment details inside the WhatsApp chat for your order. We will never post them publicly or send them from another number. If anything has changed, a new address, a different pack size or a different way to pay, put it in the same message.

Ordering ahead of a trip

A parcel is best received by you, not by a guard house while you are away. If you are leaving home for a week or two, time the order so it lands before you go or after you are back, and mention your dates in the chat.

Outside Metro Manila, the dispatch day matters as much as the window. Parcels for Visayas and Mindanao leave Metro Manila Monday to Wednesday only, so a vial is never sitting in a courier hub over a weekend. An order confirmed late in the week for one of those places waits for the next dispatch day, so order early in the week if you need it before a trip.

Delivery outside Metro Manila

These are the places outside the metro where long-stay foreigners most often ask us to deliver. Each window is the one on that place's own page, and it counts business days from dispatch.

Courier is free on orders over ₱10,000 anywhere in the Philippines. Parcels leave Metro Manila cold-chain packed. The hotel and condo guide has what to tell reception or building admin, and the delivery page lists every province we reach.

Pack pricing for repeat buyers

If you order the same compound regularly, packs are the cheaper way to buy it. A five pack and a ten pack of one compound each cost less per vial than a single vial, and the saving comes off the list price.

A single vial carries the standing 10% discount. A five pack of BPC-157 is 30% off the list price of ₱2,650 and a ten pack is 45% off it. A ten pack on its own also clears the free-courier threshold. Every product page shows its own pack prices, and you are charged in pesos. Pay by Wise, international bank transfer, Zelle or crypto, or by a local wallet if you have one.
