Your first order: a step by step guide for foreigners

WhatsApp works with any country's number

Every order runs through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp works the same with a number from the US, the UK, Australia, Europe or anywhere else. You do not need a Philippine SIM to order, pay or receive a delivery. The rider calls or messages the number you give for the drop-off, so give one that works in the Philippines on the day, even if that is your home number on roaming or hotel wifi. An order from a foreign number is handled exactly like any other: the same prices, the same stock, the same delivery.

What to send in your first message

Four things let us confirm an order in one reply:

1. The products. The name and size as they appear in the catalogue.
2. The pack size for each. Single vial, 5 pack or 10 pack. Larger packs cost less per vial.
3. Where it is going. A hotel name and room number, or a condo building, tower and unit, with the city and the name the parcel should be left under.
4. How you would like to pay. From abroad that is Wise, international bank transfer, Zelle or crypto. The details come in the chat, never on the site. How each method works.

A first message for a hotel stay might read:

Hi Primara Labs, I'm an expat/visitor and would like to order:
Retatrutide 15mg, 5 pack
BPC-157 20mg, single vial

Deliver to: [hotel name], room [number], [city], under the name [name as booked]
Payment: Wise

At today's catalogue prices, that example comes to ₱14,030 (about $234) before courier: ₱11,640 for the Retatrutide 5 pack and ₱2,390 for the BPC-157 single vial. The total you pay is the one confirmed in the chat. Open WhatsApp with the opening line typed in.

If you would rather pick from the catalogue, add products to the cart and go to checkout, where you enter your name, WhatsApp number and delivery address. The order page that follows carries your order number, the exact peso total and a QR Ph code for local wallets and bank apps. Paying from abroad, use the WhatsApp button on that page instead: the order is typed into the message, and the payment details for your method come back in the chat.

What happens next

1. We confirm the order. Stock, the peso total with courier, and for a payment from abroad the amount to send in your currency.
2. We send the payment details for the method you chose, in the same chat.
3. You pay and send a screenshot of the confirmation in the chat, so we can match it to your order.
4. We pack it cold, in plain outer packaging with no compound names on the outside.
5. It is dispatched. In Metro Manila it goes by Grab Express / Lalamove, Monday to Saturday, the same day for weekday orders confirmed before 12 noon; later orders go out on the next run. Elsewhere in the country:
   • Luzon: 1 to 2 business days by J&T Express. Parcels for Luzon leave Metro Manila Monday to Saturday.
   • Visayas: 2 to 3 business days by J&T Express. Parcels for Visayas leave Metro Manila Monday to Wednesday only, so a vial is never sitting in a courier hub over a weekend.
   • Mindanao: 3 to 5 business days by J&T Express. Parcels for Mindanao leave Metro Manila Monday to Wednesday only, so a vial is never sitting in a courier hub over a weekend.
6. It is delivered. Tell reception a courier parcel is coming under your name, and give us the name exactly as it appears on your booking or lease, the tower or building name, and a phone number the rider can reach. Put the vials in a fridge as soon as they arrive.

Courier is free on orders over ₱10,000 anywhere in the Philippines. A question at any step, before or after delivery, goes in the same chat as the order.

What comes in the box

Every vial ships with what is needed to reconstitute it, included rather than sold separately. Includes 3ml bacteriostatic water, 10 insulin syringes, 10 alcohol pads and a reconstitution syringe. Per pack size:

• Single vial: 3ml water · 10 syringes · 10 pads
• 5 pack: 5 x 3ml water · 50 syringes · 50 pads
• 10 pack: 10 x 3ml water · 100 syringes · 100 pads
