Sticker prices compare vials. Research budgets buy milligrams. One division per listing turns the catalogue into an honest value table, and this page does the math.
The only formula that matters
Price divided by milligrams. That is the whole method, and it is the fastest way to catch a bad deal dressed as a good one. The classic trap in the Philippine market is the 10mg BPC-157 listing that looks cheaper than a 20mg vial: a ₱1,500 sticker on 10mg is ₱150 per milligram, while the 20mg vial at ₱2,240 works out to ₱112. The larger vial costs more at checkout and less per unit of actual compound, which is the number a research budget runs on.

How to read the spread
The 200-fold range from NAD+ at ₱2.79 to TB-500 at ₱550 is not a value ranking. It reflects chemistry and scale. NAD+ is a small molecule produced in bulk and used in gram quantities, so its per-milligram cost is naturally tiny. GHK-Cu is a three-residue peptide, cheap to synthesize, generous at 50mg per vial. TB-500 runs 43 residues, and synthesis cost climbs steeply with chain length, so its milligrams are the most expensive in the catalogue. The number that matters for a buying decision is the per-milligram comparison within the same compound across suppliers, and the vial size behind any listing that looks unusually cheap. How do I calculate peso per milligram?
Divide the vial price by the milligrams in the vial. A ₱2,240 BPC-157 vial holding 20mg is ₱112 per milligram. A ₱2,790 retatrutide vial holding 10mg is ₱279 per milligram. Always run this before comparing listings from different suppliers.
Why can a 20mg vial beat a cheaper 10mg listing?
Because the sticker price hides the quantity. A 10mg BPC-157 vial at ₱1,500 elsewhere would cost ₱150 per milligram; the Primara Labs 20mg vial at ₱2,240 costs ₱112. The bigger vial has the higher sticker and the lower real price.
Why is TB-500 so much more expensive per milligram?
Synthesis cost scales with chain length and difficulty. TB-500 is a 43-residue peptide, roughly three times the length of BPC-157, so each milligram costs far more to produce. Per-milligram comparisons only work fairly within the same compound.
Does the 10% first-order discount change the rankings?
No. The discount applies evenly to every peptide vial, so every per-milligram figure drops by 10% and the order stays the same. Bacteriostatic water is the one exclusion, staying flat at ₱250.
