What has FDA Philippines warned about peptides?
As of 23 September 2026, FDA Philippines has published 5 public health warnings naming compounds Primara Labs tracks: unregistered tirzepatide vial products, a KPV vial and an NAD+ supplement. It has also listed tirzepatide and semaglutide injections among VAT-exempt diabetes medicines.

FDA Advisory No. 2026-1020 (4 September 2026): FDA Philippines warned the public against buying or using an unregistered tirzepatide 30mg multi-use vial sold with bacteriostatic water, which had not been issued a Certificate of Product Registration.

What the warnings have in common
Each warning names one product, states that post-marketing surveillance found it had no Certificate of Product Registration, and asks the public not to buy or use it. The advisories cite Republic Act No. 9711, the Food and Drug Administration Act of 2009, which prohibits selling or distributing a health product without FDA authorization.
An advisory speaks about the product it names. Its absence does not mean a compound is registered, and FDA Philippines' verification portal is where registration is checked.
