What is in the box
Every Primara vial ships with 3ml bacteriostatic water, ten insulin syringes, ten alcohol pads and a reconstitution syringe. The sellers above list the vial by itself.
We are not going to put a peso value on that bundle, because syringes and pads have no published local price we could point you at. One part of it is checkable: Baseline Labs lists 30ml of bacteriostatic water at PHP 360 separately, and a lyophilized vial cannot be used without it.
Prices change. This table is a dated snapshot, not a live feed, and sellers are named as a factual record of what they listed on 25 August 2026. Nothing here is a claim about any seller’s product beyond its stated price and vial size.
What the numbers actually mean
Retatrutide is sold locally in three vial sizes and the spread is wider than on any other compound on this site. A 5mg vial at PHP 2,359 and a 20mg vial at PHP 3,849 are not sixty per cent apart, they are two and a half times apart per milligram, and the vial that looks cheapest on the shelf is the most expensive material in the table.
Divide by milligrams and the order changes completely. Baseline's 5mg works out at PHP 472 a milligram. Noxa's 10mg is PHP 300. Our 15mg is PHP 199. Noxa's 20mg is PHP 192, which is the lowest figure here.

Noxa's 20mg vial, at PHP 192 per milligram against our PHP 199. That is on a single vial. Across the pack tiers the order reverses, because their per-vial price falls more slowly than ours: at ten vials we are PHP 111 a milligram against their PHP 210.
Is a bigger vial always better value?
Per milligram, usually. In practice a reconstituted vial has a limited refrigerated life, so a 20mg vial only beats a 15mg one if you get through 20mg. Match the vial to what a protocol will actually consume rather than to the per-milligram column.
