Shipping peptides to your customers across the Philippines.
Riders, couriers, heat, guardhouses and failed deliveries: the delivery side of a peptide reseller business, done properly.
The short answer
Most peptide resellers in the Philippines ship Metro Manila orders the same day by an app-booked rider such as Grab Express or Lalamove, and everything outside the metro by J&T Express.
Sealed lyophilised vials tolerate a short transit at room temperature, so the priority in Philippine heat is a short, predictable journey rather than elaborate packaging.
Reconstituted vials should never be shipped to a customer.
Plain outer packaging, a set order cut-off, a tracking message and a plan for condo front desks and failed deliveries matter more to a reseller's reputation than the courier they pick.
Watch: shipping to your customers
The two delivery tiers: riders in the metro, couriers outside it
A Philippine peptide reseller runs two delivery tiers: on-demand riders inside Metro Manila and a parcel courier for the rest of the country.
Inside the metro the practical choice is Grab Express or Lalamove. Both are booked in an app, collect from your door and deliver point to point, so a parcel is in transit for as long as the ride takes rather than sitting in a sorting hub. Outside the metro, a parcel courier such as J&T Express is the normal route, with a waybill, a tracking number and a hub network that reaches Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.
Our own deliveries follow the same split, which is a useful reference point for a reseller planning theirs: Metro Manila rider delivery by Grab Express / Lalamove, and J&T Express for provincial parcels. The full table is on delivery.
Same-day riders in Metro Manila
Same-day rider delivery in Metro Manila works best when you book it from stock already on your shelf and send it before the afternoon traffic builds.
A rider booking gives you a live tracking link you can forward to the customer, a named rider and a proof-of-delivery photo when the parcel is handed over. Those three things settle most disputes before they start. Book a rider only once the order is paid and the address, landmark and a reachable mobile number are confirmed, because a rider waiting outside a building while you chase a unit number is a rider whose fare is still running.
Distance and traffic matter more than the map suggests. A run from Quezon City to Alabang at rush hour can take longer than a provincial parcel's first leg. If you hold stock in one part of the metro, tell customers at the far end honestly what time to expect it rather than quoting the best case.
Batching helps once volume builds. Several orders in the same part of the metro can go on one multi-stop booking where the app allows it, which is cheaper than separate rides and keeps each parcel's time on the road short. Do not batch so aggressively that the first drop waits hours for the last one to be ready, because the point of rider delivery is speed. And do not hand a parcel to a rider you did not book through the app: the tracking, the named rider and the proof of delivery all come from the booking.
J&T and timing by island group
Outside Metro Manila, delivery time depends on the island group, and a reseller should quote it by region rather than as one nationwide number.
Parcels for Luzon travel by road. Parcels for the Visayas and Mindanao usually go by an air leg out of Manila and then a van, which is why they take longer and why the day you hand them over matters. A parcel dropped at a hub on a Friday can sit there over the weekend, which is the last thing a vial needs in Philippine heat.
Luzon
Our own window is 1 to 2 business days by J&T Express. Parcels for Luzon leave Metro Manila Monday to Saturday.
Visayas
Our own window is 2 to 3 business days by J&T Express. Parcels for Visayas leave Metro Manila Monday to Wednesday only, so a vial is never sitting in a courier hub over a weekend.
Mindanao
Our own window is 3 to 5 business days by J&T Express. Parcels for Mindanao leave Metro Manila Monday to Wednesday only, so a vial is never sitting in a courier hub over a weekend.
Treat those as an example of how to set rules, not as a promise you can repeat. Your own window starts when you hand the parcel over, not when we did, so add your own handling time on top and quote the far end of the range to customers in Mindanao and the remote parts of North Luzon.
Packing for heat
Packing for Philippine heat comes down to shipping only sealed lyophilised vials, keeping transit short and keeping the parcel out of direct sun at every handover.
Sealed lyophilised powder is the stable form. Short periods at room temperature during transit are not a crisis, which is why a parcel that moves promptly arrives in usable condition. What damages stock is time: a parcel left in a hub over a weekend, on a rider's dashboard at noon, or at a guardhouse all afternoon. Plan the journey before you plan the box.
Reconstituted vials should never be shipped to a customer. Once powder is back in solution it belongs in a fridge, and a courier network is not one. If a customer asks you to make up a vial before sending it, the answer is no.
Keep the vials still
Pack vials upright in a small box with padding so they cannot knock against each other, then put that box inside the mailer. Glass breaks far more often from rattling than from a single drop.
Keep it dry
Seal the inner box in a zip bag. Rainy season deliveries get left on wet steps and in motorbike top boxes.
Keep the kit with the vials
Bacteriostatic water, syringes and pads go in the same parcel. Every order we ship carries them, and what ships in the box lists what that means, so a reseller passing stock on has no reason to split a kit.
Do not overpromise packaging
Describe your packaging exactly as it is. If you do not include an insulated liner or a cold pack, do not imply one in a caption.
Storage before the parcel leaves matters as much as the parcel itself. Storing peptide stock in the Philippines covers fridge, freezer and brownouts.
Plain packaging and discretion
Ship every order in plain outer packaging, with nothing on the outside that names a compound or describes the contents.
That is how our own parcels go out, and it is the right default for a reseller. Customers live in condos, share mailrooms and receive parcels through guards and household staff. A compound name on a mailer is information the customer did not choose to share with any of them.
Plain packaging is about privacy, not concealment. Fill in the courier's declaration honestly, follow J&T's and the riders' own rules on what they carry, and do not mislabel a parcel to get it accepted. If a courier will not carry something, that is a supply decision to take up with them, not a labelling problem to solve.
Condo front desks, guardhouses and failed deliveries
Most failed deliveries in Metro Manila happen at a condo front desk or a subdivision guardhouse, and most of them are avoidable with one extra question at checkout.
Ask every new customer three things: the tower and unit, whether the building lets riders up or holds parcels at the lobby, and the name the front desk or guard should expect. Many condominiums in Makati, BGC and Ortigas receive parcels at an admin or concierge desk and require the resident to authorise a delivery. Subdivisions often stop riders at the gate and call the house. A parcel that arrives without that information either waits in the heat or comes back.
Decide your failed-delivery rule before it happens and say it in the order confirmation. If a rider cannot reach the customer, does the parcel come back to you, wait at the desk, or get rebooked the next day, and who pays for the second trip? For J&T parcels, a missed delivery usually means another attempt or a return to sender, so a wrong phone number can cost a week. Ask the customer to keep their phone on during the delivery window.
Breakage and loss need a rule too. Photograph every packed order before it is sealed, with the vials and batch numbers visible, and keep the photo with the order reference. If a customer reports a broken vial, ask for a photo of the parcel and the vial on arrival. That record is what lets you deal with a courier claim, and it is what you send to your supplier if the problem started before the parcel reached you.
Tracking messages that stop the follow-ups
A short tracking message sent the moment a parcel leaves removes most where-is-my-order chats before they start.
Send it in the same WhatsApp or Viber thread the order came in on. Include the order reference, what was sent, how it is travelling, the tracking link or J&T waybill number and an honest expected time. Send a second line when the rider marks it delivered, with the proof-of-delivery photo.
Metro Manila rider
Order [ref] is on the way with [rider app]. Live tracking: [link]. Expected [time]. Please keep your phone on in case the front desk calls.
Provincial parcel
Order [ref] has been handed to J&T. Waybill: [number], trackable on the J&T site or app. Expected [window] for your area. Please keep your phone on for the delivery call.
Keep the messages factual. A tracking message is not the place for a product claim, a promo for another compound or advice on what to do with the order.
Who pays shipping
Who pays shipping is your decision as the seller, and the cleanest version is a published rate per region that the customer sees before they pay.
Three models work. Charge the actual rider fare or courier rate at cost, charge a flat rate per region, or absorb shipping above an order value you can afford. Whatever you choose, state it before payment, put it on the same message as the total, and do not change it at the door. Rider fares move with distance and demand, so a flat metro rate is easier to quote but means you absorb the difference on long runs.
Our own courier rates and free-delivery threshold are published on delivery. They apply to what we send you, not to what you send your customer, and the pack prices on bulk are the figures your margin starts from.
Cut-off times and dispatch days
Set a daily order cut-off and fixed dispatch days, and set them earlier than your supplier's so that a late restock never breaks a promise.
Our own same-day Metro Manila cut-off is 12 noon on weekdays, and Metro Manila riders run Monday to Saturday. If you are ordering against confirmed sales rather than holding stock, your customer's same day depends on ours, so your cut-off has to sit before ours with room for the order to reach you and go back out. If you hold stock, you can set a later cut-off, but only for what is physically on your shelf.
Use dispatch days for the islands. Sending Visayas and Mindanao parcels only at the start of the week keeps them out of hubs over weekends, and customers accept a known dispatch day far more readily than an unexplained delay. Holidays deserve their own message: around Holy Week and the Christmas season, courier networks slow down and hubs back up, so say so before the customer orders.
If you are still working out whether to hold stock at all, how a reseller account works sets out the trade-off between holding and ordering against confirmed sales.

Questions
How do peptide resellers deliver in Metro Manila?
Most use app-booked riders such as Grab Express or Lalamove for same-day delivery inside Metro Manila. A rider goes point to point, gives a live tracking link and takes a proof-of-delivery photo. Book only after payment, address and a reachable number are confirmed.
Which courier do resellers use outside Metro Manila?
J&T Express is the common choice for provincial parcels in the Philippines, with a waybill number for tracking. Delivery time depends on the island group, so quote Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao separately and send island parcels early in the week.
Can peptides be shipped in Philippine heat?
Sealed lyophilised vials tolerate a short transit at room temperature, so the priority is a short, predictable journey and keeping the parcel out of direct sun at every handover. Reconstituted vials should never be shipped to a customer.
What should a reseller do about condo front desks?
Ask for the tower, unit, whether the building holds parcels at the lobby and the name the desk should expect before booking a rider. Many Metro Manila condominiums require the resident to authorise a delivery, and a parcel without that information waits or comes back.
Should the packaging say what is inside?
No. Use plain outer packaging with no compound names on the outside. Declarations to the courier should still be honest, and a parcel should never be mislabelled to get it accepted.
