MMPOWER-3
In MMPOWER-3, a phase 3 trial of elamipretide in adults with genetically confirmed primary mitochondrial myopathy (n=218), neither primary endpoint was met: six-minute walk distance and the total fatigue score did not improve significantly against placebo (Karaa A et al. Neurology 2023 (MMPOWER-3), PubMed 37268435).
